Terms & Disclaimer

PedigreePulse is an evidence and interpretation platform for thoroughbred pedigree analysis. It helps users read pedigree signals more consistently; it does not replace judgement, inspection or professional advice.

1. What PedigreePulse provides

PedigreePulse provides pedigree intelligence, benchmark context and interpretive signals including Elite Winner analysis, PVI, PP Score, female-line production, RF, Nick evidence, ELiRTS and distance-profile context.

2. Evidence context only

PedigreePulse identifies evidence, patterns and context. It does not guarantee race performance, resale value, breeding success, soundness, trainability or future commercial result.

3. Not professional advice

The platform is not veterinary, legal, tax, financial, investment or bloodstock-agent advice. Users should seek appropriate professional advice where required.

4. Catalogue and mating use

Catalogue Lots and Hypo Matings are decision-support tools. Physical inspection, veterinary review, movement, temperament, conformation, budget and sale-day judgement remain essential parts of any buying or mating decision.

5. Data and updates

PedigreePulse is designed to evolve as new elite results, pedigree corrections and market data are added. Scores, signals and benchmark context may change after an export or data refresh.

6. Accuracy and limitations

We work to keep data accurate and useful, but no database or automated interpretation system is perfect. Users should treat PedigreePulse as a structured aid to analysis, not as the only source of truth.

7. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own buying, breeding, selling and racing decisions. PedigreePulse should support decision-making, not make decisions on behalf of the user.
